Product Service, Warranty, and Return Information

All service is completed at our offices in Weatherford, TX. Customers should contact us for an Return Authorization number prior to returning any items. An RA can be obtained by completing a Customer Contact Request, or by telephone at (817) 599-0272. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Central time zone.

Request an RA

- ATV Equipment repairs are charged parts and labor.
- Flat rate per repair, pre-paid, for ADM products.
- Replace failed electrical components
- Firmware upgrade (if applicable).
- Five to Ten business days turnaround
- Repair warranted for 90 days
- Excludes: Units more than five (5) years old, shipping costs, abuse, misuse, and acts nature
Note: Units older than five years may be repairable, but a custom quote is required.
There is a non-refundable, $50, pre-paid quote charge on units over seven years old. Repairs are completed when the quote is approved and pre-payment is received for repairs and return shipping.
The MLT products are no longer supported.

AALogic warrants products for one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty is against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty excludes abuse, misuse, and environmental damage. AALogic will repair or replace, at its discretion, items returned for warranty service. Warranty includes parts and labor only. Customer is responsible for shipping to and from the warranty facility.
In no case will AALogic be responsible for any costs or liability in excess of the original purchase price.

AALogic is unable to accept returns for products. Products may have been subjected to harmful test environments; therefore, returned products could not be sold as new. AALogic also does not operate any leasing or rental operations and does not resell used equipment.
